HEART DISEASE VIDEO

Dr. Carson discusses high cholesterol in the 5-minute video. Non-drug management strategies will be recommended by Dr. Carson prior to your recheck blood test in a few months. In our office we will show you how we calculate your risk of a heart attack or a stroke over the next 10 years and what you can specifically do to lower your risk. The contents of this generic video are conveyed to every patient so that when you come to our office, we will focus on specifically what your next steps can be. 

  1. Patients may need to look at the video 2-3 times to fully understand, as there is a lot to take in. Be sure to ask us if any of the concepts discussed are unclear to you.
  2. In the office we can show you the 5-minute video uninterrupted, however on the website you need to look at it in 3 sections --- sorry!
